Refund policy

At PrintaOne, every item is manufactured on demand specifically for your order. Because our products are custom-made and are not stocked as inventory, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong size, color, material, or simply changing your mind.

Order Confirmation & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice a mistake immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@printa.one.

Orders may only be modified or canceled before manufacturing begins. Once your order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Because every product is manufactured specifically for you, all sales are considered final.

We only accept returns, replacements, or refunds if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product arrives damaged during shipping.
  • You receive the wrong item due to our error.

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Reporting an Issue

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@printa.one.

To help us evaluate your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the product and the defect or damage

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent the processing of your claim.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Incorrect specifications submitted by the customer
  • Incorrect dimensions, models, or files provided by the customer
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Changes of mind after ordering
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the intended function of the printed part
  • Normal variations in color, texture, surface finish, or layer lines inherent to the 3D printing process

Manufacturing Tolerances

Because our products are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing), minor cosmetic variations are an expected part of the production process.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Layer lines
  • Minor surface texture variations
  • Small support removal marks
  • Print seam lines
  • Slight color differences
  • Minor dimensional variations within normal manufacturing tolerances
  • Other minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the intended function of the product

These characteristics do not constitute manufacturing defects and are therefore not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

A product will only be considered defective if it contains a manufacturing fault that materially affects its intended function, structural integrity, or differs substantially from the approved order specifications.

Refund Processing

If we determine that a refund is appropriate, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
